Nicki’s Clever Cookies staff are highly trained, qualified and experienced but we also recognise the need to train new staff for a pool of casual staff and limit agency staff. We aim to recruit staff of both sexes and varied age ranges. As staff of Nicki’s Clever Cookies, we work in a collaborative way sharing our knowledge and expertise. We play and work with children to discover ideas, provide opportunities for learning and engage in active research alongside the children.
