The 3+ Activity Group Educators will develop play environments that promote the children’s independence, self-esteem and creativity skills as well as extending the children’s social, physical, emotional and intellectual development.  They will also have access to current information to assist them to plan for children with reference to the Early Years Learning Frameworks.  This will enable them to observe and plan appropriately for the children in their care to promote a sense of ‘ Being, Belonging and Becoming’ within the care environment.

The ECMS 3+ Activity Group Educators are committed to maintaining ongoing assessments and evaluations to ensure that a high quality of standard of care is met and reflects the changing needs of the families and the community.  As we are working in a continually changing society, ECMS Activity Group Educators will develop and maintain collaborative and professional relationships within the local communities.   These relationships form the foundations of connectivity with agencies who support the needs of the children and families within the community.
